Three Ingredient Chocolate!

Mmmm Chocolate!

In true fashion, use Cannabis Infused Coconut Oil to make a nice edible.

Who knew making delicious chocolate at home could be so simple? With just three ingredients and a few minutes of your time, you can whip up a batch of decadent chocolate that will satisfy your cravings and impress your friends.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup refined coconut oil or food-grade cocoa butter (120 ml) - Cocoa butter is pricier but makes the chocolate more stable at room temperature.

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g) - Dutch processed cocoa powder works too!

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (50g) - Feel free to experiment with honey or agave nectar.

Let's get started:

  1. Melt the Magic: If your coconut oil is solid, gently melt it in the microwave or on the stovetop.

  2. Sift and Combine: In a medium bowl, sift half of the powdered sugar and cocoa powder into the melted oil. Whisk until smooth, then sift in the remaining half and whisk again until fully combined.

  3. Mold Your Masterpiece: Pour or spoon the chocolate mixture into your favorite molds. Chocolate bar molds or candy molds work great!

  4. Chill Out: Pop those filled molds into the fridge or freezer for 20-30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

  5. Unmold and Enjoy: Once set, remove the chocolates from the molds and savor the fruits of your labor!

Tips and Tricks:

  • Flavor Burst: Add a drop or two of mint extract for a refreshing twist.

  • Cannabis Edibles: Use the microwave and all plastic or glass bowls and utensils.

  • Crunchy Delight: Mix in chopped nuts for added texture and flavor.

  • Storage Smarts: Store your homemade chocolate in the fridge for a few weeks or in the freezer for up to a year.

This recipe is incredibly versatile, so don't be afraid to get creative! Try different sweeteners, add spices like cinnamon or chili powder, or even swirl in some peanut butter. The possibilities are endless.

Happy chocolate making! 🍫
